SHIPPING & RETURNS
All Hydroculture Emporium products are shipped from Ontario using UPS. You are responsible for paying shipping costs, as outlined elsewhere on this website. All products have a shipping time of 2-7 business days, and we will process the order for shipping within 2 business days.
All Hydroculture Emporium products are shipped with appropriate insurance. By purchasing a product from https://hydrocultureemporium.com you agree to take on any additional risk caused by the shipping process not covered by the insurance.
We currently only provide shipping across Canada.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you need to return or exchange your order for any reason, we’re ready to help. Hydroculture Emporium offers free returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order, however the product must be unopened and the cost to ship your return is not covered by Hydroculture Emporium.
You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have been unopened and returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Please contact Hydroculture Emporium. We will help process your return or exchange.
- Our return policy does not cover shipping to send the product back to us. We will process your refund upon receipt of the returned product.
- If you have requested an exchange, the new product will be shipped upon receipt of the original purchase.
- You ship returns and exchanges at your own risk. Any returned or exchanged products lost or damaged during shipping are not the responsibility of Hydroculture Emporium and we will not provide refunds or exchanges in this instance.
