Roquette Arugula

60 Days To Harvest: Also known as roquette. Strong tasting spinach like greens with their delicious nutty flavour are very popular in salads or cooked like spinach. Grows to 1m tall.

Sowing: Sow seeds outdoors in mid to late May or start them inside and transplant after danger of frost is past. Space 2.5cm apart and sow 3mm deep in a sunny site with average soil.

Comments: Quick growth and a cool season are best for this plant.
