Hungarian Yellow Wax Peppers (Hot)

65 Days To Harvest: Dwarf bushy plant grows about 45cm high. Fruit is about 15cm long, 5cm at the shoulder and slightly tapered at the bottom. Ripens from a waxy yellow to bright red. Firm, pungent flesh is good fried or pickled.

Sowing: Start indoors mid-February to late March in a soilless medium. Grow seedlings under bright light at 16-21C. Transplant after hardening off in late May.

Comments: Keep evenly watered. Avoid high nitrogen fertilizers. Harvest after colour changes for best taste and quality.
