Thyme

70 Days To Harvest: Also known as English thyme. Perfect with many roasted meat dishes. Commonly used in egg, cheese or shellfish dishes. Grows 15-30cm tall.

Sowing: Sow seeds outdoors in mid to late May, August, and September or start them inside and transplant after danger of frost is past. Space 2.5cm apart and sow 3mm deep in a sunny site with average soil.

Comments: Zones 4-9 hardy. For drying, cut plants just before flowers open.
